Both the Comic Con Scotland NE event and P&J Live are completely disabled friendly with full access to all areas of the event.


In addition to the disabled toilets throughout P&J Live there is also a changing places facility. This is located on concourse level - providing a spacious environment that is safe, clean and accessible to all..



Please let the venue know if you have accessible and medical requirements/equipment, this will be considered on an individual basis but you are encouraged to contact them at ccare@pandjlive.com in advance for ease of entry.



We have a dedicated team of customer assistants waiting to help you get the right ticket for your requirements.


Customers with specific access requirements will need to register these details with our Customer Care team when they buy their tickets.


Everybody’s requirements will be different, and we want to ensure your enjoyment of the event, therefore, disability tickets can only be booked by either emailing our Customer Care team at monopolyevents@ticketquarter.co.uk or calling on 0344 8000 410. Phone lines are open Monday - Saturday 9am - 9pm & Sundays and Bank Holidays 10am - 5pm. Please note, this process can take some time, so please ensure that you book early to avoid disappointment.


All care assisted and disability customers will receive tickets allowing priority entry to Comic Con Scotland NE, avoiding the queues, and giving priority for autographs and photograph queues, as well as at the front door. Customers will need to show their accessibility priority tickets to our venue stewards on arrival.



Comic Con Scotland NE will provide a free ticket to carers or personal assistants of fans who are attending that have a medical disability to accompany them within the venue. The person with the disability will need to have a full price general admission ticket, and it is only the carer or personal assistant who is entitled to a free ticket. If the person with a disability is under 16 years of age, a carer ticket will not be granted as all persons under 16 years of age need adult supervision anyhow. In order to receive an additional ticket, the personal assistant needs to be on the carer's register which we will require proof of.
